Hawkesbury Fitness

We are based in the Hawkesbury, NSW and train principally at No Limits Gym in Richmond.

We also hold a Blue Mountains National Park EcoPass so can take you outside!

We can provide exercise prescription and instruction,  in particular we can:

  • assess your fitness
  • help you set fitness goals, and motivate you to achieve them
  • design a fitness program for your personal, medical and health needs
  • instruct you on exercise technique
  • supervise your exercise
  • provide feedback on your progress
  • educate you on aspects of exercise, nutrition, health, and lifestyle
  • work in conjunction with your health adviser.

Our approach to personal training is client-centred.  Your fitness, health, personal and lifestyle goals are our focus.  We customise your training to your needs.

We believe our programs are more beneficial (for you) if we connect exercise to education about nutrition, health, lifestyle and mind-sets.

We do not offer ‘set-and-forget’ or ‘off-the-shelf’ fitness programs;  we design programs to meet your needs.  We believe it is important to monitor your progress, give feedback on your progress, adapt your program as your abilities change, encourage you, motivate you, and stay in contact with you.

My Bowen Therapist recommended Tova to me as I had severe sciatica.  I was in a lot of pain with arthritis in my back and couldn’t move much.


I did the 12-week body transformation to lose some fat and gain some fitness.  When I started I had weakness and degeneration in my knees and couldn’t do much weight bearing exercise.
